WE are a family owned Taqueria & Mezcaleria serving food deeply rooted in Sinaloan ritual. We serve corn and flour tortillas- all made by hand. The flour tortillas are made from a 5th generation family recipe. The meats and seafood are expertly butchered in house daily. We strive for balance in respect to Northern Mexican culinary traditions and to the land we co-inhabit in Baltimore.

The Mezcaleria serves only artisanal and ancestral Mezcal from the many beautiful states of Mexico. We also offer agave based cocktails crafted collectively by the bar team, all of who have been educated first hand on Palenques (mezcal distilleries) in Oaxaca and beyond.

Carlos Raba

Carlos Raba was raised in Culiacán, Sinaloa by his Mom and 5 Aunts who taught him traditional Sinaloan cooking. He is a fierce competitor in Brazilian Ju Jitsu, a family man, and the co-owner and Chef of Clavel.
